A standard portable restroom — the unit most people mean when they say porta potty or porta john — covers the large majority of what we rent. Construction crews, residential builds, outdoor gatherings, agricultural sites, and anywhere a permanent restroom isn't practical.
Inside: a toilet with a seat and lid, a urinal, a toilet paper dispenser, a lockable door with an occupancy indicator, and roof-level ventilation. That last item matters more in this climate than most rental companies mention — a unit with poor airflow becomes unpleasant fast in a Tennessee Valley August, which is why ventilation gets inspected on every service visit rather than only at drop-off.
Placement is on level ground with clearance for the service truck. Every delivery includes a walk-through to confirm the ground is solid, the access route works, and the position won't foul the routes your equipment needs.
