What we aim for

We build this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We do not claim to meet every one of those criteria perfectly — almost no site does, and we would rather tell you what we have actually done than make a promise we cannot stand behind.

What has been done

Every image carries a text description, so a screen reader can describe it.
The whole site can be used with a keyboard alone — no part of it requires a mouse. A “skip to content” link lets you jump past the menu.
Text and background colours were measured against the 4.5:1 contrast standard and corrected where they fell short, including in the footer, the quote form and the review sections.
Every form field has a visible label attached to it, and buttons say what they do rather than “click here”.
Pages use proper headings and landmarks, so a screen reader can navigate by section instead of reading everything from the top.
The page language is declared, so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
Animations respect your system’s “reduce motion” setting.

Known gaps

The site has been tested with automated checks and by keyboard. It has not been through a formal audit by an accessibility specialist, and it has not been tested with every screen reader and browser combination. If you hit something that does not work, you are telling us something our testing missed, and we would genuinely like to know.

You never have to use the website to do business with us. Call or text (256) 771-3612 and you will reach Greg or someone on his crew directly. Everything the site does — sizing a job, checking whether we cover your address, booking a delivery — we can do on the phone.
